Coronavirus and self-isolation concerns for the LGBT+ community

Leeds University Union has published an article on key concerns for the LGBTQ+ community in the face of the coronavirus crisis.

Whether a member of the LGBTQ+ community or not, most of those of student age who contract this virus will not personally be severely affected by it physically, but isolation and social distancing can take an extreme mental toll.

The article includes advice on staying connected and making sure that you reach out to your network of personal and professional contacts, staying active, and getting involved in some community based initiatives to help those in a more vulnerable position as a result of this crisis.

Head over to the original article here for more tips on what you should be aware of.
