Will you be running virtual hiring events on this site and others?
We have several contingency plans in place, including possible digital solutions. However, it is our preference to conduct a face to face assessment process once it is safe to do so.
What will the hiring process be?
The next stage in our recruitment process would traditionally be on location assessment days.
We feel face to face engagement is beneficial for our candidates and in aiding our decision making process.
However, we will continue to put the safety of our colleagues and candidates first, therefore we are regularly reviewing our approach, communicating decisions to our current cohort of candidates.
What will happen if I do not have an exam result/ classification?
Academic performance is only one part of our recruitment process. We are interested in candidates potential, designing our recruitment process to allow everyone to demonstrate a comprehensive set of behaviours.
We also take all mitigating circumstances into account when looking at academic performance.
