What changes have you made to your hiring plans?
The majority of our graduate roles are due to start as planned, but many graduates will be working from home at first. We have slightly delayed some of the start dates for some placement roles, and some incoming placement students will also be starting their role from home. However, we haven't made many major changes to our hiring plans for next year!
Where can I see your latest information or application process?
Will you be running virtual hiring events on this site and others?
We will definitely still be running virtual events, webinars, presentations and online jobs fairs across lots of different sites and platforms so there'll be plenty of opportunity to connect with the company, find out about our roles, and ask questions!
What will the hiring process be?
Our application process is already mainly virtual, including online tests for example. We have had to introduce digital Assessment Centres this spring and these have worked really well so far! Unfortunately we are not yet sure whether our Assessment Centres in the autumn will be in person or virtual.
Are you offering digital work experience or internships?
Many of our placement programmes, including some of our summer placements, were intended to be run on site but have become virtual where the students joining have been working from home.
